What you'll need
- White fish
- Soy Sauce
- Ginger
- Scallion
- Onion
- Oil
What you'll do
Put some oil in a non-stick wok pan or skillet and cook the sliced-and-diced scallions, onions, ginger for a couple minutes until crispy. Set them apart.
Now put your fish in the same pan and stir fry it on both sides (5+5 minutes usually, until it flakes and the skin detaches). Plate it.
Finally, remove the fish and put some soy sauce in the same pan, adding the previously stir-fried onions, scalions and ginger as soon as the sauce bubbles. There should be more sauce than onions (not like in my pictures...you live and you learn).
Pour the sauce onto the fish and serve with some nice overnight risotto.
