What you'll do

🥔 For the potatoes: boil in water for 8 minutes, sieve, tumble in large bowl adding a sliver of oil, salt, and pepper. Bake separately if you want them crispy, else wait

🖌️ For the glaze: melt the butter in bain-marie and add equal parts honey. Add salt pepper and spices as preferred. Add finely minced garlic cloves. Mix. If too thick, add lemon zest to make it gooey.

🐠 For the salmon: Put on an oven plate. Pour the glaze on top. Add potatoes. Add garlic. Add salt. Put lemon slices on top. Bake 10 minutes at 220 degrees. Glaze again. Bake 10 minutes more at 220 degrees.
