What you'll need

  • Bread (preferably sweet or brioche)
  • Cinnamon (ground)
  • Eggs
  • Brown sugar
  • Salt
  • Whole milk
  • Heavy Cream

What you'll do

Whisk together two egg yolks, one egg white, a tablespoon of ground cinnamon, a tablespoon of sugar, and a teaspoon of salt until they are fully emulsified.

Then, pour in 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup of whole milk. Whisk together and dip the bread until it's fully soaked. Then put some butter in a hot non-stick pan and toast the bread, 3 minutes per side, on medium-high.

Serve the delicious sweet and sloppy bread with some maple syrup!
